Going to Wenatchee Confluence State Park in close proximity to Ancient Lake is a tremendous thing to do, and golf can be played at Colockum Ridge Golf Course. A round of golf at nearby Quincy Golf Club is a nice way to kill some time. Ancient Lake is a location that is rather dried out typically. Through the month of December you get the most snow around here while July is regularly the driest month. The warmest time of the year at Ancient Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
