The good local attractions and so much stuff to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back many times. This segment of Washington is always a delight to stop by during camping season. There's more to do near Evergreen NW other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so perhaps you want to stay for a while. Famous Washington welcome and the tremendous facilities have scores of folks coming here. So much enjoyable stuff close to Evergreen NW, and if you're seeking a fine spot to go for       a weekend of camping, this is a tremendous selection. A nearby type III-IV whitewater section can be encountered on Sand Hollow Creek; the Highway 26 mile 2 to Columbia River sector is 1.5 miles long. Whitewater paddlers on this   section of Sand Hollow Creek should hold a little bit of experience in raft paddling. Always check conditions previous to going raft paddling given that raft paddling is a perilous endeavor. An afternoon playing golf at Quincy Golf Club is always a bliss; during your tour here you'll meet some folks from Quincy for sure. A golf course in close proximity to Evergreen NW is Colockum Ridge Golf Course, and since you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Crescent Bar Golf Course. This campground is so glorious. Through the summer months at Evergreen NW temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are   in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Evergreen NW are in the 20's. Evergreen NW is frequently a quite dehydrated spot.
