Don't leave Philippi without going to Maryhill State Park. Through the days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Philippi, and the night is quite colder of course, frequently in the 50's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Philippi. Around Philippi you don’t get a lot of rainfall.
