Open April 15 to October 15. Most sites are occupied by seasonal campers but overnite pull-thru sites are available for RV's as large as 40 foot fifth-wheels and Class C Motorhomes. There are also sites for pop-up campers and tents. Since we are midway between Johnstown and Altoona, many sightseers find it convenient to visit both places without having to change campgrounds. Local points of interest include the Johnstown Flood Museum, Inclined Plane and National Flood Memorial as well as the Allegheny Portage Railroad Museum, Horseshoe Curve and the Railroad Museum in Altoona. The GhostTown Trail is a rails-to-trails project that runs from Ebensburg to Dilltown and can be hiked or biked.
