Overall this segment of Willow Creek is a fun place for whitewater rafting or kayaking. Naturally, whitewater rafting or kayaking is exciting but perilous; check restrictions prior to departure. Eaton Equestrian Centre is a fine site to ride horses near Rocky Lake Recreation Site. Chugach State Park is a good location to take a look at, and don't miss out on a spree to Denali National Park & Preserve since you're here. This is such a pretty campground. You could also explore Goose Lake if you're here at Rocky Lake Recreation Site; it's close by.
