A trip to Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve is recommended, and it's always fun to take a fishing trip and an outstanding setting to do that is King for A Day. Paxson Lake is a site with many visitors from Copper Center, and on a nice day you can take a hike
 
along the Klutina Lake Trail. The surroundings of this campground have so much to offer. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Paxson Lake get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's.
