Eaglecrest boasts an average of 29 feet of good snow every winter. About 40% of the slopes covering the 640 acres of skiable terrain at Eaglecrest are hard while 60% of the slopes are intermediate or beginner. Skiers love Eaglecrest; it's a good ski area. The nearby category III-V(V+), 2-mile-in-length Basin Road Bridge into Cope Park portion of whitewater on Gold Creek is heaps of fun.
