The 14.2-mile-from-beginning-to-end Spruce Run Park to Nehalem Falls portion is a category III portion of whitewater on Nehalem River. This section of Nehalem River is suggested for kayak paddlers of medium know-how. Always check circumstances in advance of a trip kayak paddling in view of the fact that kayak paddling is a dangerous pastime. A spree to Saddle Mountain State Park revives the soul, and if you enjoy bowling, Lower Columbia Bowl in the neighborhood of Seaside RV Resort is pleasant for you.
