This segment of Guyandotte River is appropriate for whitewater paddlers who have been raft paddling for some time but who are not yet set for the extremely hazardous rapids. Always check the latest conditions ahead of going raft paddling since raft paddling is a hazardous pastime. When you're here at Guyandotte Area 4 it's always fun to pop by Twin Falls Resort State Park, and a quick visit to   Reedy Branch is undeniably a good idea.
