Lots of folks from Milam come to Camp Run, and take a spree to close by Hidden Trails Stables and ride a horse. Camp Run is right by the Road Run Trail, and it's a delightful idea to explore Little Camp Run. Coming to this campground is always a great idea. While you're here at Camp Run and you want to go for a horse ride, you can visit Yokum's Riding Stables. Good hiking is available along   the Lick Run Trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Bryce Resort is relatively near.
