The turnout to fish hatchery segment on Sherman Creek is a close by grade V whitewater segment, 1 miles long. The turnout to fish hatchery segment of Sherman Creek is recommended for experienced whitewater boaters solely. For your protection you should always check the latest conditions in advance of going whitewater paddling. Colville National Forest is a lovely location any time of year, and the snow is tremendous at Red Mountain. Places like Curlew Lake State Park are tremendous to pop by. Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area   is a great national park; swing by Echo Creek it's a splendid place to stop at.
