Stillaguamish River - North Fork has a
 magnificent 8-mile-long type V whitewater run nearby, the Confluence with South Branch to bridge below Moose Creek section. Generally this run of Stillaguamish River - North Fork is a demanding spot for whitewater boating. For your security you have to always check the latest conditions before going whitewater boating. Great backpacking awaits you on the in the neighborhood Finney Peak Trail; this great outdoors hiking trail has a variation in height of 2,658 feet and is 6.2 miles in distance. Finney Peak Trail is a hard great outdoors hiking trail that requires roughly one day to backcountry hike. Here at Sauk Park there are plenty of people from Rockport, and wonderful scenery and good  
skiing is what you acquire at Mt.Baker. All year is a good time in the Northern Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. Flume Creek flows through this area, and don't leave without visiting Rockport State Park.
