Excelsior Group is one of the spots to camp here in the Northern Cascade Range. When was the last time you went camping? Excelsior Group in Washington       is exactly the location. The fine folks who run this location and the competently taken care of facilities are a delightful pull for loads of folks. The delightful local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation will definitely   have you coming back many times. The 4.9-mile-in-length Nooksack Falls to Douglas Fir Campground section is a grade IV+ section of whitewater on Nooksack River - North Fork. The learners should probably stay away from this bit of Nooksack River - North Fork. You must check conditions in advance of a trip; whitewater rafting or kayaking can get hazardous. Excelsior Group is near Nooksack Diversion Dam which is a charming place definitely worth stopping at, and a beautiful lake like Damfino Lakes is a great site to stop at. Having a great time in the Northern Cascade Range is easy. The snow is great at Mt.Baker, and if you haven’t been to Lake Chelan National Recreation Area, you have   to schedule some time for it if you're here. Coming to this campground is always a good idea.
