The Mill Pond to North Fork Sullivan section on Sullivan River is a nearby type II whitewater segment, 1.3 miles long. This section of Sullivan River is recommended for learner raft paddlers. Don't go whitewater boating prior to first checking circumstances; it's treacherous business. If you get bored of Sullivan Creek #2, you could also take a look at nearby Wolf Lake. There's some flowing water nearby, Johns Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here. Conto Gulch is a glorious location to explore; lots of folks from Metaline Falls come here.
