| | right next door to Adams Fork, and it is a nice escape from the mundane. The Adams Fork to FR 23 Bridge sector on Cispus River is a close by class V+ whitewater sweep, 5.9 miles long. The beginners should probably stay away from this sweep of Cispus River. Always check conditions before heading out whitewater kayaking or rafting since whitewater kayaking or rafting is a treacherous thing to do. A glorious 5.3-mile-long striking backcountry hiking trail in possession of a height difference of 2,007 feet is to be found around here; this is the Table Mountain Trail.
