Some activities here at American Forks are swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, and playing golf, so you won’t get bored. The workforce who's always there to help out and the skillfully maintained facilities are in themselves incentive enough to come here. Time to get out and breathe some       fresh air, and American Forks in Washington is such a nice location. American Forks is a nice campground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Cascade Range. Some people pick this campground in order to be near Lake Easton   State Park. So much entertaining stuff right next door to American Forks, and campgrounds like these are nice. The American Forks to Sawmill Flat section has a length of 5 miles; you come upon this bit of whitewater on American River. It's a class II+ bit. This section of American River is advised for raft paddlers of medium skill. For your protection you must always check current conditions prior to going whitewater rafting and kayaking. The 4,581 foot variation between top and bottom Fifes Ridge Trail is a pretty place to go backcountry backpacking; it's 13 miles of wonderful backcountry backpacking. Around two days is about the quantity of time you must have to walk the Fifes   Ridge Trail, a difficult wilderness hiking trail.
