The nearby class IV+, 3.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end FR 2204 bridge to FR 2203 access portion of whitewater on Humptulips River - West Fork is a heap of fun. This part of Humptulips River - West Fork is not a location where beginners should come kayak paddling. Always check current conditions before you go kayak paddling since kayak paddling is a hazardous thing to do. The 5,309 foot height difference Skyline Trail is a gorgeous location to go backpacking; it's 52.4 miles of fine
 
backpacking. A difficult great outdoors hiking trail like Skyline Trail ought to take you something like seven days.
