Quechee State Park is a very popular old favorite campground among residents of Quechee. Ascutney is a fine ski resort, everyone likes it. 70% of the trails are beginner and intermediate and well suited for kids and learners. The rest of the 150 acres of skiing area, 30%, consists of difficult trails. Ascutney, the close by ski resort has 6 great ski lifts and has 8 feet of snow per season on its 57 trails. The drop is 1,800 feet at   Ascutney. 30% of the 100 acres of skiable terrain at Suicide Six consist of expert and advanced runs.
