The personnel that manages this campground and the ably run operations have people coming here. Quite   a lot of cool things to do in close proximity to Mustang Ridge, and you always have a tremendous time when you're here. With so much stuff to do in Utah you'll never get bored. The nearby class I-III, 27-mile-in-distance Flaming Gorge Dam to Swallow Canyon boat ramp section of whitewater on Green River is lots of fun. This section of Green River is appropriate for paddlers who have been whitewater paddling for a period of time but who are not yet set for the really treacherous rapids. Check the situation prior to departure on the whitewater, or else it's not secure. The Canyon Road Trail is a magnificent hiking trail in the vicinity of Mustang Ridge, and there are other places here   than Mustang Ridge, for example Flaming Gorge Reservoir.
