There's plenty of outdoors recreation available close at hand such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so running out of fun things to do wonít happen. With so many things to do in Utah you'll never get bored.

There's absolutely no way to run out of entertaining stuff to do right next door to Fremont River; it is one of scores of great campgrounds in this region. You've been indoors for too much time, and Fremont River, Utah is a great site for getting out.
A trip to Capitol Reef National Park is recommended; there's some flowing water nearby,
    Pleasant Creek is a stream you can stop at while here. Places like Blue Flats are wonderful to visit, and wonderful hiking is available along the Blind Trail. This campground is a gorgeous place to pop by. Goblin Valley State Park
 is a perfect place to explore. Summertime highs at Fremont River frequently tend to be in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Fremont River. At Fremont River you donít see much precipitation. Most of the rain falls during August; February is the month with the least moisture.
