Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the cool stuff you can do is fishing, hiking, swimming, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so probably you want to stay a while. The delightful people who manage this place   and all the fun stuff to do attract people from near and far. If you are in Utah through camping season, you must go camping. The Flaming Gorge to Lodore section on Green River is a nearby grade I-II whitewater segment, 46 miles long. It's in all probability acceptable to go whitewater kayaking or rafting on this segment of Green River even if you think your whitewater kayaking or rafting skills aren't very good. Whitewater rapids are risky matters, so you have to check restrictions before you go. If you're here at Navajo Cliffs, you could stop by Spring Creek, and in case you wanna get out on the water, Cedar Springs Marina is close at hand. There's wonderful hiking along the   Lowline Trail, and Chokecherry Draw is a good location to stop at. This is such a fun spot for a campground.
