Near Mt Collins Shelter - Appalachian Trail is a tremendous 0.72-mile-in-distance segment of whitewater on Road Prong, a grade V, this is the Third bridge to right above West Prong confluence portion. This segment of Road Prong
 
is recommended for skilled paddlers only. Check the situation in advance of a trip on the whitewater, or else it's not safe.
