Some of the things you can do here at Spivey Cove are fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, playing golf, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. This campground       is one of the good locations to camp here in the Great Smoky Mountains. All the jolly people and all the amusing things to do have folks coming here. There's such a vast number of things to do close to Spivey Cove, and loads of   people are fond of coming here to escape. There's a magnificent grade II-III stretch of whitewater close by on Tellico River, the 8-mile-in-length Trout Hatchery to Bridge above Bald River segment. This segment of Tellico River is advised for whitewater boaters of medium skill. Whitewater rapids are hazardous matters, so you must check circumstances before heading out. A spree to Hiwassee/Ocoee Scenic River State Park when you're here at Spivey Cove is a fine idea, and great hiking is available along the Whigg Ridge Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Great Smoky Mountains. Queen Cove is right next door to Spivey Cove and is a perfect location,   and close by you locate the Sugar Mountain Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail.
