A visit to Oregon is not complete without some camping. Sunstrip is positioned in an area with lots of fun stuff to do, and when you're here you're always having a perfect time. Near   Sunstrip is a splendid 12.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end run of whitewater on Clackamas River, a category III-IV, this is the Three Lynx Power Station to North Fork Reservoir sector. If you don’t want to risk getting covered with water this run of Clackamas River is perhaps not for you. Naturally, whitewater rafting or kayaking is enjoyable but dangerous; check restrictions ahead of going. The variation in altitude is 3,204 feet for a lovely 8.6-mile-in-length great outdoors hiking trail in close proximity; we are of course talking about the Dry Ridge Trail. Dry Ridge Trail is a tough great outdoors hiking trail that takes approximately one and a half days to hike. With its 1,284 foot variation   in height it's a scenic hiking and backpacking trail; the Cold Spring Trail is 4.2 miles of good hiking.
