The Grave Creek to Foster Bar portion has a distance of 34 miles; you run into this part of whitewater on Rogue River. It's a type II-III part. Raft paddlers   on this part of Rogue River should possess a little experience in paddling. Naturally, paddling is amusing but hazardous; check current conditions before heading out. Coffee Pot Trail in the neighborhood is 2 miles from start to finish and has a great 1,310-foot height difference; it's a stunning backcountry trail. You ought to set aside two and a half hours to walk the tough Coffee Pot Trail. Grayback Trail close by has an altitude difference of 2,268 feet. This backpacking and hiking trail is 3.6 miles of stunning backpacking in the outdoors. Grayback Trail is a challenging four and a half hours of backpacking. At Rand Landing you always meet someone from Grants Pass; a day of fishing at   Rogue Fly Shop is always a good idea. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Coast Ranges.
