This nearby ski resort has a drop from top to bottom of 1,035 feet and has 6 different ski lifts. Nearby you bump into the Gooch Falls segment, a class IV(V) stretch of whitewater. It's a great 7-mile-long stretch on Marion Creek. This stretch of Marion Creek is a hard stretch for paddling.
