Loads of folks stay here when they come to go to Cascadia State Park. Oregon is a perfect outdoors state. A class III-V+, 16.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end whitewater bit can be found on close by Santiam River - South, the Mountain House to Foster Reservoir sector. This bit of Santiam River - South is appropriate for paddlers who have been paddling for a bit. Whitewater rapids are risky phenomenons, so you should check restrictions ahead of going. A tremendous 4.2-mile-long pretty hiking trail featuring an altitude variation of 1,073 feet can be found close at hand; this is the Gold Hill Trail.
