There's no more enjoyable way to consume two days than to backcountry trek the hard Crain Prairie Trail. Elk Creek Trail close at hand is 10.6 miles long and has a glorious 2,067-foot altitude difference; it's a wonderful backcountry hiking trail. More or less one and a half days of demanding trekking on the Elk Creek Trail is time well expended. Dealy Way is 11.8 miles from beginning   to end. This pretty great outdoors trail has a variation in height of 2,050 feet.
