Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out; Colgate Lake in New York is a really great place to spend some time. Colgate Lake is one of the sites to camp here in the Catskill Mountains.
So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are splendid reasons to come. Quite a lot of enjoyable stuff to do close to Colgate Lake; when you're here you're always having a great time.
The welcoming reception and all the great passtime activities beat anything. Among the things you can do in the vicinity of Colgate Lake are fishing, whitewater paddling, playing golf, swimming,
 
    and hiking, so running out of enjoyable stuff to do won’t happen.
Colgate Lake is a campground esteemed by the people in East Jewett. New York has scores of outdoors activities.
There's a good 1,600-foot altitude difference
 to enjoy at the close by ski hill Hunter Mountain. Hunter Mountain receives 10 feet of good snow every winter, and has 11 great ski lifts serving the 55 runs. Skiers from far and wide enjoy Hunter Mountain. 40% of the runs at Hunter Mountain are hard, and 60% are beginner and intermediate; there is a total of 240 acres of skiable area. Ski down the 46 runs of Windham Mountain; this ski resort has an elevation difference of 1,600 feet. Windham Mountain has 10 great ski lifts and obtains on average 9 feet of snow every season. Windham Mountain is a splendid ski resort, everybody likes it. 75% of the runs are green and blue and well suited for children and novices. The rest of the 267 acres  
of skiing area, 25%, consists of red and black runs. Shingle Kill River has a fine 8-mile-in-length class II-IV(V+) whitewater part nearby, the Round Top to Catskill Creek segment.
