There's a good playground at Bandit's Roost to keep the children lively, and there are power hookups at this campground. Go for a great swim at Bandit's Roost, it's refreshing.       There are water hookups; there are needless to say restrooms at this campground. You could launch your boat at the boat ramp, and there are showers here at Bandit's Roost. On a fine day you can have a fine picnic at the picnic   area; there are tent sites here at Bandit's Roost where you could pitch that tent of yours. The canoeing is great here if by chance you want to experience the wilderness close by, and shoot some hoops at the Bandit's Roost basketball court. This campground has some wonderful and comfortable cabins, and don't leave that doggie behind, pets are welcome. Hiking here is great exercise, and exciting for young and old, and this is a wonderful location for boating. Everyone loves bicycling here, and in the laundry room you can clean your clothing. On nearby Yadkin River you locate a class I-II segment of whitewater; the Route 1178 below West Kerr Scott Dam to Route 2327 segment is 15 miles   long. This segment of Yadkin River is recommended for novice whitewater boaters.
