happy you came. The welcoming staff and the ably taken care of facilities have lots of folks coming here. A category III-V(V+), 4-mile-from-beginning-to-end whitewater sweep can be found on nearby Dearborn River, the Upper sector.
| | This part of Dearborn River is fine for those with much whitewater practice. Check the situation in advance of a trip on the whitewater, otherwise it's not secure. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Double Falls; Jakie Creek Trail is a nice local trail. Gotta ski! Teton Pass is a good place to do that, and you're sure to encounter some good people from Augusta here. If you come to this campground, you will have a good time for sure. Good hiking is available along the Ford Willow Creek Trail, and of course Red Creek is a picturesque stream that is worth stopping at.
