There's such a large number of things to do at Fenway Landing including playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. The Locust Lane Nature Trail is a great hiking trail near Fenway Landing; an afternoon playing golf at Elks Fairview Golf Course is always a diversion.
