Camden has 3 ski lifts, a delightful 1,150-foot altitude difference, and 11 runs. A good 3.5-mile-in-distance whitewater section on Ducktrap River is close by. This, the Black Brook to Ducktrap Harbor section, is a class II-V. Only those proficient in whitewater boating should attempt to raft this section of Ducktrap River. Always check the situation before heading out whitewater   boating as whitewater boating is a dangerous thing to do.
