For your safety you have to always check circumstances in advance of going whitewater rafting and kayaking. If the weather is splendid here at Penobscot River Corridor - Big Claw, you can go for a hike along the Number Four Mountain Trail. There's some flowing water nearby, Maxfield Brook is a stream you can explore while you're here. The Carry Trail is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of Penobscot River Corridor - Big Claw, and Lily Bay State Park is a great place. At this campground you will always have a perfect time.
