As expected there are showers at this campground, and there are water hookups. The caring people working here and the good facilities have people coming here. The perfect variety of local attractions and the perfect variety of outdoors recreation are great motives to come.

If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, swimming, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. In Illinois you never run out

There are obviously restrooms at this campground. People from Camp Point love to come to Lake Arrowhead, and while you're here, you could also visit scenic Lakeshore Hills Lake. A visit to Argyle Lake State Park when you're here at Lake Arrowhead is a magnificent idea, and going for a hike on the Deer Run Trail is always a splendid adventure. This is a great campground. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Bow Lake Golf Course is in the neighborhood. Don't leave Lake Arrowhead without first going for a hike along the Red Oak Backpack Trail. Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. Just can't get enough of Lake Arrowhead. Carthage Golf Club is a fine golf course close by; close by you hit upon the Crabapple Trail which is a delightful hiking trail.
