This portion of Lochsa River is magnificent for those with a little bit of whitewater kayaking or rafting skill. Check circumstances in advance of a trip on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe. Don’t forget to stop at Boulder Flat if you're here at Wilderness Gateway.
