Be careful coming to the Clearwater Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. The summit of Elk Summit can be distinguished from Elk Summit, and Elk Summit is right by the Pilot Knob Trail. This is such a fun place for a campground. There's good hiking along the Elk Creek Trail; hiking is a popular thing to do around Elk Summit; Nugget Point Trail is a perfect local trail.   Catch big fish at nearby Three Rivers Motel & Rafting, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Mule Creek Trail.
