 skiing awaits you at Pebble Creek; a lake nearby is Deep Creek Reservoir. A game of bowling is fun at nearby Malad Bowl, and Curly Jack Flat is a wonderful place any time of year. Coming to this campground is always a great idea. In the event that the children are too restless just take them to Dragon's Lair and let them play some exciting video games. Campbell Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at, and you'll meet a lot of people from Downey here. Lava's Thunder Canyon Golf & Country Club is a great golf course nearby, and if you would like a little side spree, try Heath Hollow. Any time is a wonderful time at Devils Creek Reservoir if you go for the outdoors.  
Why not go to Devil Creek Dam since you're here. Devils Creek Reservoir gets very little rainfall. May is the wettest month with most rain; August on the other hand is the driest.
