Several people stay at this campground for the purpose of being close to Farragut State Park. Maiden Rock is a popular spot with the people of Careywood.   Among the things you can do close to Maiden Rock are playing golf, swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so it's out of the question to get bored. There's some flowing water nearby, Maiden Creek is a stream you can stop at while here. Western Pleasure Guest Ranch is an excellent spot to ride horses near Maiden Rock, and perhaps you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Pend Oreille is just a very short distance away. This is such a tremendous campground. From Maiden Rock you acquire a great vista of Blacktail Mountain; Round Lake State Park is a great place. Everybody enjoys an enjoyable journey to nearby Silverwood Theme Park, and the Ermine Ridge Trail offers hiking   at its best.
