Unsurprisingly there are restrooms here. Several people stay here in order to be near Nez Perce National Forest. There's no way to run out of exciting things to do in the neighborhood of Ox Bow; it's one of those locations where everything is great.
Some activities here at Ox Bow are fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, and swimming, so probably you want to stick around for a while. Camping in Idaho is such an enjoyable activity. The Clearwater Mountains scenery is always charming.

Clearwater River - South Fork has a pleasant 7.4-mile-long type IV-V whitewater stretch nearby, the Hanging Rock to Cougar Creek Trailhead segment. This segment of Clearwater River - South Fork is well suited for whitewater paddlers who have been whitewater paddling for a while. Of course, whitewater paddling is exciting but perilous; check conditions in advance of a trip. There are good spots to discover along the Pilot Knob Trail, and a lake close by is Fish Lake. But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Clearwater Mountains. Don't leave Ox Bow without first going for a hike along the Nellie Mountain Trail.
