There's plenty of outdoors recreation available nearby such as swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so it's impossible to get bored. Idaho is a perfect location for campers. A number of folks select Cayuse Landing Camp to be right next door to Clearwater National Forest. It's been too much time since you went outside, you have to get out, and Cayuse Landing Camp in Idaho is the outdoors at its finest. It's completely out of the question to run out of enjoyable things to do right next door to Cayuse Landing Camp; it is a very perfect campground. | |
So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are great incentives to come. On close by Kelly Creek you run into a class III-IV stretch of whitewater; the Clayton Creek to Kelly Forks Campground sector is 10 miles
| | long. This sector of Kelly Creek is a mid difficulty stretch for raft paddling. Whitewater kayaking and rafting may turn perilous, so check current conditions prior to departure. Never Again Flats is a lovely location any time of year, and naturally, this is a great area for folks who like lakes, Heather Lake is a lake around here. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff truly is plentiful here in the Bitterroot Range. Shoecraft Creek flows through this region. Don't leave Cayuse Landing Camp without first going for a hike along the Colgate Licks Nature National Recreation Trail.
