| | | Basin close by is a great ski area; it obtains 21 feet of white snow every season; it has 52 slopes, 7 lifts, and a pleasant 1,800-foot vertical drop. Bogus Basin is a skiers delight. It has 33% red and black slopes on its 2,600 acres of terrain, and 67% green and blue slopes for novices. Looking at lovely animals is always a cool thing to do at Zoo Boise, and in case you like bowling, Emerald Lanes right next door to 8th Street Trail is nice for you. Blacks Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit, and why don't you take the children to Fastlane Indoor KART Racing while here at 8th Street Trail.
