There's more to do in close proximity to Harper Hunt Camp other than just hanging out such as swimming, playing golf, hiking, and fishing, so running out of fun things to do won’t happen. The nice folks who run this spot and lots of fun things to do have people coming from near and far.

Such a pleasant pick of attractions and so many things to do will make you pleased you came. Loads of people stay at this campground for the purpose

A day at Sand Beach next to Harper Hunt Camp is time well spent; the charming marina of C-Quarters Marina is an excellent scene to leave dry land behind. Don't leave Harper Hunt Camp without dropping by Apalachicola National Forest; a golf course close by is St James Bay. This campground is so great. Good hiking is available along the Trail of the Lakes, and a spree here wouldn’t be complete without a visit to nearby St. George Island State Park. Go for a hike on the Apalachicola Trail; if by chance you have a boat, Moorings at Carrabelle is a nice marina. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Harper | |

Hunt Camp. It's a great idea to stop by Nero Branch New River, it's near Harper Hunt Camp. All through the summer at Harper Hunt Camp highs are usually in the 90's.
