Little Maud is a very well loved campground by the people of Woody Creek. Scores of people choose this campground in order to be near Sylvan State Park. This campground is one of the wonderful locations to camp here in the Sawatch Range. We all need to go camping for a couple of days every now and then, and       Little Maud in Colorado is such a good place. There are so many enjoyable things near Little Maud, and it is a good escape from the mundane. There's so much stuff to do at Little Maud including fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling,   swimming, and playing golf, so running out of exciting things to do won’t happen. As long as you like the outdoors you will like Colorado. The personnel that operates this campground and the competently operated operations are quite amazing. All the great local attractions nearby and the great variety of outdoors recreation will certainly have you coming back again and again. With 26% of the runs being tough, and 74% of the 429 acres of skiable territory being green and blue; there are delightful runs for any ability at Buttermilk. Buttermilk, the close by ski hill has a height difference of 2,030 feet; this ski hill has 7 great ski lifts, and 17 feet of beautiful snow per season   covering its 41 runs.
