Near Crown Point is a fine 3-mile-long part of whitewater on Blue River, a grade III-IV, this is the Blue River Camp Ground to FR 2400 segment. The Blue River Camp Ground to FR 2400 segment of Blue River is fitting for whitewater boaters who have been paddling for a period of time but who are not yet prepared for the incredibly perilous rapids.
