Nearby you discover the McPhee Reservoir to Dove Creek Pump Station
 sector, a grade II-III sweep of whitewater. It's a fine 19-mile-long sweep on Dolores River. The McPhee Reservoir to Dove Creek Pump Station sector of Dolores River is suggested for whitewater paddlers of medium knowledge. If you are going paddling, you have to always check the latest conditions. Hovenweep National Monument is a fine place close to Bradfield, and the friendly people of Cahone like to hang out close by. A splendid place to check out in close proximity to Bradfield is Narraguinnep Canyon, and some close by water includes Canyon Creek. This campground has so incredibly much. Hiking along the McPhee Stock Trail is great fun; Mesa Verde National Park is a very wonderful spot  
to go to. Bradfield is right by the Ormiston Point Stock Driveway. At Bradfield throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's.
