With its 2,208 foot variation in altitude it's a beautiful hiking trail; the Henderson Trail is 3.2 miles of great backcountry hiking. You require four and a half hours to trek the Henderson Trail; it's a hard trek. White Mountain Trail close by is 19.4 miles from   beginning to end and has a tremendous 3,500-foot variation in elevation; it's a stunning trail.
