For your security you should always check current conditions in advance of going whitewater kayaking and rafting. Buttermilk Trail in the neighborhood has a variation in altitude of 1,097 feet. This wilderness trail is 1.2 miles of striking hiking in the fresh air. You need two hours to backcountry trek the Buttermilk   Trail; it's a magnificent backcountry trek.
