With its 1,419 foot elevation variation it's a stunning backpacking and hiking trail; the Hi Mountain Trail is 3.7 miles of good backcountry hiking. An average   backpacking and hiking trail like Hi Mountain Trail should take you in the region of four hours. If you're searching for a marina, Lopez Lake is nearby, and of course Potrero Creek flows through this area. Be careful coming to the Santa Lucia Range, you might not ever want to go back home again. Go on a trip to Amazing Graze Ranch if you want to ride a horse, and going for a hike on the Hi Mountain Trail is always a good adventure. This is a good campground. For you golfers we recommend close by San Luis Obispo Golf-Country Club; if you love bowling, Mustang Lanes Bowling close to Sulfur Pots is good for you. A glorious zoo next to Sulfur Pots is Zoological Society; they have a lot of   delightful animals.
