Barton Flats is a good campground       to use as a base while enjoying the San Bernardino Mountains. A visit to California is not complete without some camping. Scores of people stay at Barton Flats for the purpose of being next to San Bernardino National Forest. The   workforce that operates this campground and lots of cool stuff to do have people coming here. There are so many cool things in the vicinity of Barton Flats, and camping is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a great place to do that. As expected there are showers at this campground. Barton Flats is fantastically popular with people of Big Bear Lake. Skiers from all over like Bear Mountain. 30% of the slopes at Bear Mountain are tough, and 70% are easy; there is a total of 750 acres of skiing territory. 12 ski lifts carry skiers up the hill, so they can take pleasure in the 34 slopes of the nearby ski mountain, Bear Mountain. Bear Mountain has a drop of 1,665 feet and has 8   feet of great snow every year. Snow Summit is liked by skiers; it has 75% easy runs and 25% difficult runs.
